|Recommended: YesPerfect First Home — As a newly married couple, my husband and I found River Blu to be a perfect first home for us The location is central to literally everything My husband is a CSUS student and the convenience of riding his bike to campus compared to finding parking was everything. River trails make up this complexes backyard and I loved being able to run the trails or take a dip in the cool river waters during the summertime. The pool area, laundry room, and units are have been newly renovated which is a good feeling when you're looking for new beginnings. Office staff and the maintenance team are kind and punctual to make sure your needs are being met. In addition, communication is a priority and we received updates on what was happening around the complex.
If you are looking for a genuinely good place to live, we highly recommend giving this complex a try.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — My girlfriend and I moved in at the end of April and we love the location, staff and apartment as a whole. We recently got a kitten and the staff made the pet transition easy. We love the location of this apartment, close to shopping, Sacramento State, and the river.
|Recommended: YesQuite, Restful, Relaxing Peaceful Enviroment — It's a little bit of heaven. When having a bad day, you can walk out the back gate and go find a nice little spot on the river and relax. or hop on a bike and jump on the bike trail. or go for a jog on a river dirt trail.
Also with the added bonus of being right off the freeway, it makes going anywhere that much easier and quicker.
This place is a gem, with lots of advantages if you like nature and the river.

|Recommended: YesProperty Well Taken Care Of. Staff Is Concerned, Flexible, And Hardworking. Residents Are Respectful. Amenities Up-To-Date And Well Taken Care Of. — I would recommend this complex to anyone because of how much the staff cares about pleasing the residents. The rules are understandable and do not seem power-hungry. The amenities are very well taken care of and up-to-date. I am very proud to show people my apartment because of how well taken care of the apartment is, and it can be a nice chill spot for friends within respect for other residents peace . The first couple days of moving in, I had an issue with a lock, and the staff was sure to fix the issue with no questions asked and in a timely fashion. So far I am very pleased with moving here. The price for these apartments is unbeatable for the community, the staff, the attention to detail, the flexibility of the staff. The fact that we only had to make a 400 deposit to move in made it that much better. No first and last months rent, the staff just trusts the resident to make payments, and that shows how flexible and easy the staff is. The owners of this apartment complex took over in 2018 and in the past two years they have shown how badly they want to improve this property. We were first hesitant to moving in because of the negative reviews, but as soon as we moved in and heard that the ownership changed 2 years ago, it was easy to disregard the negative reviews that people made years if not decades ago. If I heard that someone needed a place, I would easily recommend these apartments. OH Not to mention the American River is a 3 minute walk from my apartment. This is an awesome perk to the complex. Overall, for my first apartment, I would give this complex a 9.5 10. I would for sure recommend this apartment complex 10 10.

|Recommended: YesSmooth Move-In, Great Staff — We were able to move in rather quickly once getting approved. The staff were very accommodating special shoutout to Daija and Katie - they were awesome . The price of the apartments are VERY fair given the location. Can't beat having the American River Trail in your backyard. Can't wait to see what the future brings at River Blu.
|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here. All Needs Are Met — I have enjoyed living here at RiverBlu apartments for the last 2 years. Staff is always helpful and kind. When work orders are placed they are taken care of in a timely manner with professionalism. The only complaint I have is the cutting down of the beautiful trees on the grounds and the tearing down of my back patio fence and tree to make my space more enclosed. Other than that i have no complaints.
